Our deliveries over £100 to a single address in mainland UK will be Delivered FREE! 

      

Also in Liverpool area (  Liverpool city centre ) our deliveries  over  £ 25 qualify for Free Delivery.

Make your order on line, email or telephone and collect it at our stall. Just check the dates and which events and markets  we are and we will have the order ready for you. 

  

FREE DELIVERY FOR  COMMERCIAL SALES, CORPORATE PARTIES,

 WEDDINGS AND EVENTS 

 

DELIVERY FEES:

 Delivery charge within mainland UK is £9.00, per parcel (unless delivery in Liverpool city centre, Manchester ou farmer market pre arranged with clients).

                        

Delivery is usually between 09.00 and 17.30 hours .

We guarantee that your order will arrive at the destination you have requested within seven working days. However, your order is likely to arrive sooner.

 

 For urgent deliveries please contact us and we will help if we can.

 

 Working days for delivery are Monday to Friday. Additional costs apply for deliveries on Saturday.

 

We are unable to deliver on Sundays or Bank Holidays.  

     

A person over the age of 18 must sign for your delivery.

 

Our courier will not leave your goods without a signature.

We regret that we are unable to guarantee delivery times, unless you have requested and paid for a specific delivery time. Please ask us if you would like to request delivery on a specific date outside our seven working days guarantee. No promises, but as always we will help if we can.

After you have placed your order, you will receive an internet tracking number so you will be able to track your goods.

  • If you are out during the day, you could use a business address or a neighbour's address.

  • If you are sending your goods as a gift for someone else, please consider if they will be available to sign for the delivery. You could choose a friend or third party as an alternative.

  • If you miss your delivery, then the courier will leave a card. Please contact the depot ASAP to arrange another delivery date.

  • Please examine your goods when they are delivered and advise the courier if anything appears to be missing or damaged. Then contact us and we will sort out the problem.

  • Sorry, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

  • All deliveries shipped are exclusive of insurance. If you wish to insure your goods in-transit please make arrangements prior to our dispatch.

 

Shortages or damaged goods must be noted on the delivery note at the time of delivery. We can‘t accept complaints on the above if not noted on the respective delivery note.

 

We will arrange for a replacement / credit / refund for any wine/product  that is not up to standard.
